Professional Areas of Interest: I have been a dietitian for 15 years and provide counseling on a variety of topics including diabetes, prediabetes, weight management, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, inflammation and GI health. I am passionate about diabetes and integrative and functional nutrition where we dig a bit deeper to identify and address the root cause of symptoms.

Personal Information: I grew up in the northland, then resided in San Diego, CA where I finished my undergrad and completed my dietetic internship. Once our now 10-year-old twins were born, we moved back to Kansas City to be closer to family. I enjoy spending time with family, cooking, reading, hiking and jogging with our pup, and travelling, including taking road trips to different state/national parks in our camper. I am also a certified meditation instructor and provide guided group meditations for weekend retreats. I love what I do and love working with people to help empower and encourage them to know that feeling their best is possible!
